        Whack Zeppelin (front and back covers displayed) was meant to be a full "concept" album -much like  Infrared Sauna- whilst also a departure from anything coherent or pleasant in terms of compositional structure. Indeed its purpose was to disturb the listener's psyche as well as offend their sensibilities. The sequencer presets as well as the FX69 Grunge Box were employed to push nearly every level in the equalizer over the top - at least in the cases where the tracks weren't laden with plenty of circuit noise and interference already.

            While certainly only a semi-serious undertaking at best when devised, the process of crafting the actual tracks and the transitions between them ended up being every bit as tedious and sometimes maddening a process as the recording of "Sauna" was but in the end I'm very happy with the final result. Rest assured, that in no way means I didn't spend as much time in cringe mode listening to the final full product back as the average casual listener will. Of this I'm sure. Mission accomplished.

           There are further ideas in the proverbial cooker presently but I don't see myself releasing and/or uploading any future projects a track at a time as I have been. I feel I'd much prefer to have the entire finished collection of tracks ready all at once from now on-at least that's how I feel about it for now....

    Never actually recorded anything "for" anyone per se but an old social media cohort's last cryptic post about "swimming in a sea of statins" was the inspiration for the closer of this noise foray.

    A seemingly harmonious co-existence of machines/equipment, at least for a temporary period is what I was going for and feel like I captured fairly well.

Fuchsia Outhouse

     Built around a double-tracked note from one of the lovely Glauco presets, more an obvious homage to than a blatant ripoff of someone that you will know if you're halfass cool.

    It helps that treating my own vocals would be part of the design of such a homage because it's the best way to make them not quite as boring to me.

   There are several past and present percussion elements from most every piece of equipment in Broke_Fi's arsenal literally destroying each other in their efforts to be the focal point of this particular composition. Believe me, the final mix was plenty agitating. I can only hope it has the same effect on the audience.
